Responsibilities:
- To provide first line security for a unique, high profile residential property near Hyde Park.
- Working in tandem with several stakeholders, ensuring a seamless operation across the building whilst maintaining a secure environment.
- Be communicable and engaging with the ability to adapt your style to suit each stakeholder interaction.
- Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges, working in partnership with other service lines within the property.
- Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or allocated.
- Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear, courteous, polite, professional and respectful.
- Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount.
- Monitoring and use of the physical security arrangements, including access control, CCTV and alarm systems in situ.
- To complete any and all paperwork, including but not limited to a DOB, incident report forms, visitor records and any event bespoke requirements.
- All assignment instructions / operations manual or standard operating procedures, including any client led instructions are to be reviewed, understood, and adhered to.
- To complete any other reasonable task as instructed by Unitrust management or a client representative.
- To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner.
- To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a respectful and empathic approach.
- Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people, and challenges.
- Assist in the induction, development, or ongoing training of new team members across the disciplines where appropriate.
- Act in accordance with company policies and procedures and our code of conduct.
- Valid SIA license – SG/DS or CP.
- Excellent oral, written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and confidence.
- Fluency in English and French would be beneficial but not essential.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Physically able to conduct all responsibilities associated with the roles documented.
- Computer literate and confident with the use of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Demonstrate an awareness of security threats which remain relevant and up to date in the context of the current environment.
- Flexibility regarding working practices, hours and responsibilities.
