Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors.
- Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation.
- Promote the client, tenants and other service providers positively to all you come in contact with, throughout the customer journey.
- Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges.
- Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or allocated.
- Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear, courteous, polite, professional and respectful.
- Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount.
- Appropriate use of access control and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion.
- Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice.
- There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable; all training will be provided.
- All Assignment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed, understood, and followed.
- Embrace and deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation.
- Completion of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible standard.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental procedures are followed and do not undertake any activity which could breach the SIA or other relevant regulations.
- To act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner.
- To be resilient to working in the most sensitive environments, always dealing with any conflict with a respectful and empathic approach.
- Be prepared to manage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people and challenges.
- Assist in the induction, development, or ongoing training of new team members across the disciplines where appropriate.

Concierge Specific Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist staff, clients, tenants, and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey.
- Work with all colleagues to ensure the integrity of security on the site.
- Early identification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises, or property, escalating where appropriate to do so.
- Have an outstanding knowledge of the premises (inside and external) and able to assist staff, clients, tenants and visitors with their queries.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff, visitors, tenants, service providers and clients.
- Have good knowledge of the local area to be able to answer queries regarding local transport links or services in the area.

- Either a current and valid SIA license.
- Enhanced communication, listening and customer service skills or the ability to train, obtain, retain and develop further in this field.
- First Aid at work or the ability to train and retain this qualification.
- Operation of CCTV/access control communications in an appropriate manner where required.
