Responsibilities
- Take an active interest in the client and tenants.
- Ensure the environment and service are excellent.
- Promote the client and tenants positively throughout the customer journey.
- Be highly presentable, accountable and take ownership of tasks.
- Communicate politely and professionally in all interactions.
- Appropriate use of CCTV/access control and complete reports in a timely fashion.
- Be familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in safe execution.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete rostered duties to the highest standard.
- Follow Health and Safety and Environmental procedures, and comply with SIA, GDPR and other regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Remain resilient in sensitive environments and manage conflict respectfully.
- Manage a wide variety of scenarios and challenges.
- Assist in induction, development and training of new team members.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Valid SIA SG/DS licence
- CCTV Licence
- Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Surveillance and access control system knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
