Transport and Compliance Administrator Job Type: Permanent Salary: £28,000+ per year (DOE) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break) Location: Southend-On-Sea, Essex (SS3 9QY) We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join a leading transport company based in Southend-On-Sea, Essex (SS3 9QY). This is a permanent position, subject to a successful probationary period. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Managing transport documentation and administrative tasks Ensuring the workshop submits paperwork on time and that it is fully completed Supporting the workshop team in managing the service schedule Processing workshop paperwork into spreadsheets and maintaining filing systems Coordinating with customers and drivers Answering incoming calls Carrying out general transport administration as required Required Skills and Experience: Experience dealing with drivers, workshop staff, or customers over the phone Strong administrative skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ideally, previous experience in a transport office or working with compliance A CPC in Transport Management would be a strong advantage This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in transport administration who is looking to join a stable and supportive team. You will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring all compliance tasks are up to date
