We are actively seeking dedicated Registered Nurses with all levels of experience to join our rapidly growing team to provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families.
Exciting opportunities for RNs to be part of a specialised in-home palliative team with a strong clinical support structure to help you grow and develop your expertise in palliative care. This opportunity offers:

We have opportunities available across all regional locations in Queensland. You will engage with various communities across Queensland and be supported by the palliative care and wider BlueCare community service teams. You will contribute to our core belief that every Queenslander deserves the highest standard of palliative care within the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families in home settings.
- Collaborate within a specialised in-home palliative team and utilise robust clinical structures and service models.
- Engage with diverse communities across Queensland and contribute to care delivery alongside BlueCare teams.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification.
- General nursing proficiency with a person-centered care approach; mid to senior level experience preferred.
- Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Current driver's license and ability to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland.
