Remuneration: $29.9 - $37.7 per hour + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances.

Location: St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital - Spring Hill, Brisbane.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make the world a little better through small moments that leave big impacts. As a Patient Administration Clerk, you'll provide quality customer service to patients, visitors and staff by processing accurate and efficient information and performing general clerical duties and front-office administration. You may be trained in different areas of the hospital to support with administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to shift focus day to day.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your day-to-day work.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support as required.
