For Companies Uniting Talent are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager for our client based in Billingham.
Duties will include;
– Building strong relationships with customers
– Making outbound calls to potential new accounts
– Nurture accounts to increase account growth and margin
– Identifying new leads and opportunities
– Providing quotations
– Maintaining existing customer base
– Inputting customer information into the CRM system
– Working as part of a team
– Working towards sales targets
– Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
– Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
– Log all calls in CRM system
The ideal candidate;
– Minimum of 1 years sales experience in lead generator or similar telephone based roles
– Previous experience working towards sales targets
– Must have excellent communication skills
– Competent using Microsoft packages and CRM systems
– Team player
– Must be resilient and used to making calls daily
Monday – Friday, no weekends
Full time, permanent role
