Uniting Talent are currently recruiting for B2B Account Managers for our client based in Hartlepool.
Duties will include;
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Making B2B outbound calls
- Developing a client pipeline
- Introducing products to potential customers
- Maximising sales through negotiation
- Maintaining and building customer relationships
- Working towards meeting/exceeding sales targets
The ideal candidate must have;
- Minimum of 1 years outbound sales experience
- Ability to identify and convert new customers
- Strong experience with phone and online communication
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, ensuring lead generation, conversion, and account growth Ability to manage a portfolio of clients whilst building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to solve any queries and complaints before escalation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience working with other teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
- Strong CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities, customer interactions and reporting on sales performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
Monday – Friday, no weekends
Salary – £28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience + uncapped commission
