Uniting Talent are currently recruiting for B2B Account Managers for our client based in Hartlepool.
Duties will include;
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Making B2B outbound calls
  • Developing a client pipeline
  • Introducing products to potential customers
  • Maximising sales through negotiation
  • Maintaining and building customer relationships
  • Working towards meeting/exceeding sales targets
The ideal candidate must have;
  • Minimum of 1 years outbound sales experience
  • Ability to identify and convert new customers
  • Strong experience with phone and online communication
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, ensuring lead generation, conversion, and account growth Ability to manage a portfolio of clients whilst building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to solve any queries and complaints before escalation
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience working with other teams to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
  • Strong CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities, customer interactions and reporting on sales performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
Monday – Friday, no weekends
Salary – £28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience + uncapped commission
