We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability of our machinery, equipment, and facilities. Your expertise will help us minimise downtime, maximise productivity, and maintain a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and structural issues.
- Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies to ensure safety and minimise disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Collaborate with production and safety teams to schedule and execute maintenance efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with relevant experience working within the manufacturing sector.
- Be computer literate, and have confidence in the use of systems and technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Previous exposure to basic PLCs is desirable.
- Pipework/Plumbing experience is desirable.
- Experience working with Hydraulic systems is advantageous.
- Welding experience is advantageous.
