As a Mechanical Inspector, you’ll conduct meticulous assessments of components, both at our facilities and on-site with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities:
- Be the Quality Champion: Represent Copper Alloys at customer and supplier premises, upholding our values and standards.
- Precision Inspections: Use advanced measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions, surface finishes, and tolerances.
- Document Excellence: Maintain detailed inspection reports and calibration records, ensuring traceability and accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Identify non-conformities, issue failure notices, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Support Innovation: Help refine inspection procedures and quality control processes for better outcomes.
