Based within CPIs International Customer Care Team to provide support to our customer organisations and certified instructors. This position requires written and verbal communication with CPIs French customers in their native language as well as our worldwide English-speaking customers.
The Role:
- Supporting operational change within the team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Respond to internal and external information requests / queries
- Review and monitor recorded trainings on the CPI website
- Collation of customer feedback
- First line of response for customer complaints
- Monitoring adherence to CPI and regulatory body standards
- Preparation of regulatory evidence
- Maintenance of customer records
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be educated to at least A level standard
- At least two years experience of working in a busy office environment and supporting customers with query resolution
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and a diligent approach to the completion of tasks
- Solution focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work to deadlines and to be able to prioritise tasks and requirements
- Working knowledge of computerised CRM system preferably Microsoft Dynamics
