Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant based in Stoke-On-Trent.
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles.
On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve consulting with clients to understand their recruitment needs, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Additionally, the consultant will maintain communication with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate
- Strong Communication and keyboard skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You will receive
- Starting salary £26,500 plus uncapped bonus scheme.
- 20 days rising to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday off.
- Monday to Friday (no weekends) early finish Friday.
- Modern Offices in Fenton, Stoke on Trent.
- On-site Gym
