£30,000 + Bonus OTE £49,000 Car Allowance or Company Car Monday to Friday Field Based role covering Watford, N, E, Chelmsford. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our market leading client within the FMCG industry. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic sales professionals who are ready to build their career within Field Sales. Full training and development will be provided within this role - so if you have a proven sales track record, and are looking for a change then APPLY NOW!

Role:

  • Develop existing customer accounts and actively prospect new accounts - 80% growth from existing customers and 20% new business.
  • Visit existing customers and work with them to grow sales.
  • Share territory business plan with the Sales Manager detailing performance to date and forward actions.
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within an agreed time.
  • Continual improvement of product knowledge.
  • Present samples to customers.
  • Deliver launch days for new customers.
  • Follow company processes.
  • Work towards set targets and KPI's.
