Sales Consultant - Motorhome/Showroom Sales Salary: £26,000-£28000 - realistic OTE for 1st 12 months - £50,000-£60,000 Hours: 5 days per week across a 7 day rota (typically 5 weekends in 8) Saturday shift 9am-5pm, Sunday shift 10am-4pm Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the forecourt, and via digital enquiries. * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable caravan models, features, and packages. * Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and optional extras. * Negotiate and close sales while ensuring compliance with company pricing policies. * Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, and sales using CRM systems. * Provide finance, warranty, and aftersales options to meet customer requirements. * Ensure all caravans are presented to a high standard in the showroom and on the forecourt. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Overcome objections and building rapport with customers
