Monday - Friday Office Hours
- Previous experience in a QA role is essential
- You will play an integral role within our clients Quality Assurance team, completing quality checks for the contact centre and administration teams.
- You will give feedback to advisors regarding calls.
Role:
- Working independently
- Completing daily quality checks for the Contact Centre, Webchat and Customer Support teams in line with team targets.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure all internal and external targets and deadlines are met
- Show a clear and consistent understanding of all compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Confident in making decisions and being able to independently assess each customer interaction on what has happened to identify if the correct resolution has been reached.
- Support the Contact Centre, Webchat, and Customer Support teams by providing detailed and constructive feedback which is clear and easy to understand.
