Role: Scanning Associate
Full Time and Permanent
£26,000
Monday- Friday Office Hours- Fully Office Based
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the incoming posts, sorting, separating the documents with separators, scanning the documents with required quality standards and within stipulated SLA by maintaining a report of all the numbers and reporting on a timely basis.
- Maintain control sheets to verify the numbers at every stage.
- Managing the original documents received via post, by taking a copy of the document, maintaining a log, returning the originals by post back to the sender.
- Damaged mails must be tracked and reported with evidence on time.
- Rejection/exception queues to be addressed on time and resolve the issue related to scanning.
- Few physical forms need to be filled manually as per the process manuals and to be initiated to sender.
- Working with internal teams to resolve any scanning related issues.
- Must adhere to all compliance and information security standards and must report any breach or incident on time.
- Managing in-house printing for certain processes and to be made ready to dispatch by packing in envelope with required stamping types.
- Documents maintained in the secured storage must be handled carefully for rescanning requests.
- Must follow the standard procedures defined for scanning and handling the posts.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, communicate with other agents and promote positive work ethics.
- Should be customer centric and focused on delivering excellence.
- Should possess effective problem-solving skills and can deliver timely resolution.
- Complete shift duties, follow procedures to ensure completion, pass to next shift as necessary.
- Meet targets like Quality, AHT, Compliance, Attendance & Adherence.
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage priorities, multi-task & cross-skill across all the tasks.

- Should be Undergraduate / Graduate with experience in front office/ administrative/ office operations.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
