Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Engineer to support a major transformation programme within a leading financial organisation. This is a hands-on role focused on automation strategy, framework development, and delivering functional, API, integration, security and performance testing solutions.

Key Skills Required

  • 8-10+ years' Test Automation experience
  • Strong Karate Framework experience
  • Automation framework development
  • API testing using SOAP UI and Postman
  • Security and performance testing experience (JMeter/LoadRunner)
  • Enterprise integration testing (Kafka/IBM MQ)
  • Scripting skills (Python and/or JavaScript)
  • Experience mentoring or leading automation engineers
  • Banking, financial services or regulated environment experience
