Β£25,885 + Bonus – up to Β£1750 per month
Trafford Park/WFH – 3 days office based and 2 days WFH
We are recruiting for a market leading organisation at their office in Trafford Park, they are looking for a customer focused individual to join their fast-paced and vibrant customer excellence team!
Role:
* Handle inbound enquiries from customers through email, webchat and phone
* Convert inbound enquiries into orders
* Raise contracts and customer orders with attention to detail ensuring no issues or disputes
* Work with internal teams closely to ensure that customers get their orders when they need it
* Effectively cross-sell, upsell and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
* Introducing customers to new and innovative products and educating them about the full products and services
* Work towards and exceed targets and KPI\’s such as revenue, call volumes/quality and data enrichment
