Customer Service – Calls and Emails £27,000 + Bonus (Up to £6000) Southall – Fully office based Monday to Friday + Occasional Sundays We are recruiting for a market leading organisation based at their Head Office in Southall. You will be joining their Customer Engagement team where you will be handling inbound/outbound calls and emails with customers, handling admin duties and identifying up-selling opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Role: * Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails with customers * Speaking to your set of customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis dependent on their needs * Building and maintaining relationships with customers * Work with customers to support their customer journey * Logging customer details correctly * Action order amendments and add-ons for your customers * Work with field sales colleagues to highlight lapsed accounts and also help highlight leads within the area. * Ensure your customers are aware of any promotions and changes to products * Identify up-selling opportunities and aim to maximise sales opportunities where possible * Work closely with the sales team to identify leads for your territory. * Raise issues in case management allocating to the relevant individual for follow up. * Work through a call plan each day to ensure all customers are spoken to on a regular basis. Skills: * Strong administrations skills * Ability to communication with customers clearly via inbound/ outbound calls and emails * Able to identify up-selling opportunities * Great time management skills
