Key responsibilities:

  • Support and lead the development of internal communications programme, ensuring all colleagues are aware of key news, updates and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal communications, utilising existing channels such as our hub intranet, as well as identifying new opportunities to drive employee engagement.
  • Work closely with the People team to plan and execute timely and high-quality internal communications.
  • Promote the core values internally to colleagues round the world.
  • Source news and updates from across our global offices, to ensure an inclusive approach to internal communications.
  • Act as the communications specialist to support the wider groups and initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful and engaging communications through various mediums, whether written, visual or audio.
  • Manage the internal programme of internal events, including quarterly town halls, specialist events and others as required.
  • Support our business divisions to identify and tell customer stories through engaging case studies, testimonials and focus pieces, creating an effective process to maximise opportunities to share successes.
  • Manage the news section of radius.com, identifying relevant company news opportunities, creating content and securing stakeholder approvals.
  • Take ownership of company social media channels, such as LinkedIn, ensuring a managed and controlled approach to regular content sharing that tells customer, company and people stories to our community.
  • Understand employee engagement scores and identify opportunities to enhance engagement through communications activities.
  • Ability to manage a range of stakeholders to secure buy-in and approvals.
  • A passion for content creation across a range of mediums.
  • A journalistic approach to sourcing news stories for internal and external use.
  • Ability to write in an engaging and quality way, aimed at different audiences (including those where English is a second language).
  • Social media experience, managing channels and content, through a planned and organised content calendar.
  • Some graphic design skills ideally using Canva - would be advantageous.
  • Basic video editing skills would also be a plus.
