Job Description \n Cloud infrastructure engineer \n 5 days onsite \n 475 gbp per day inside IR35 \n Banking Client \n The best candidate would have L4/L7 experience running a reverse Proxy in production (any vendor: NGINX, HAProxy, F5, Traefik, Envoy). \n Required \n \n Go production experience \n \n \n TLS/mTLS knowledge: SNI, ALPN, client cert validation, cert life cycle \n \n Preferably \n \n JWT/OAuth2/OIDC: hands-on implementing or debugging token validation would be best, but general knowledge is ok too \n \n \n Protobuf/gRPC schema and debugging gRPC transport \n \n Other relevant skills \n \n OPA/Rego policy implementation, even from K8s admission control \n \n \n Distributed storage: Redis, DynamoDB (TTL, replication, failover consistency) \n \n \n Identity platform experience: ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, Auth0 \n \n \n Kafka/event-streaming: producing/consuming events, setting up topics/consumers, reacting to events in a service \n \n \n Observability: Prometheus/Grafana/OTel \n
