Customer Service- Calls/Emails/Admin Salary + Bonus Southall – Fully office based- UB2 Monday to Friday with Occasional Sundays- full flexibility needed In this role you will be handling inbound calls from clients, making outbound calls to update clients and answering emails. Also in this role you will be handling administration duties and identifying any up-selling opportunities whilst building relationships with customers. You will be speaking to your set of customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis dependent on their needs. Full Training provided We are looking for the right candidate with: – Strong administrations skills – Ability to communicate with clients clearly via inbound/ outbound calls and emails. – Cross sell and up sell to clients – Ability to manage own time
