Salary: £30,000+ monthly bonus up to £1500
Location: Trafford Park (Hybrid after training)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm
Role:
* Proactively reach out to customers through outbound calls daily to foster relationships and drive sales growth.
* Building relationships with lapsed customers, low spenders, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
* Working with the Customer Excellence Team to ensure smooth handover, conversion and ensure transactions are efficiently completed.
* Effectively cross-sell, upsell and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services, introducing customers to new and innovative products and educating them about the full product and service offers across divisions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s such as revenue, call volumes and quality, talk time and orders raised
