Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa are recruiting a part-time Night Porter to join our happy team, working Saturday and Sunday nights. We are looking for a diligent and conscientious individual who remains calm under pressure whilst providing a friendly and professional service.
General duties of the position include but aren't limited to:
- Being responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests, carrying out regular safety and security checks
- Assisting with the set up of conferences and events
- Previous experience with a PMS, preferably Hart
- Accurately checking in and out guests, ensuring all invoices are correct
- Processing payments accurately
- Assisting with carrying luggage
- Basic bar experience
- General cleaning duties
- Previous hotel experience advantageous.
