Direct Table Foods Ltd is recruiting for a full‑time Food Production Team Leader to oversee food production operations, ensuring efficiency, meeting targets, and maintaining quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee production staff and ensure targets are met.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Train and supervise production workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
- Maintain production records and report any issues to management.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report issues immediately.
- Keep production area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
