An exciting new vacancy has arisen within the Elland facility for a Senior Design Engineer
Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our Engineering team in Elland. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-performance control and isolation valves that meet demanding customer, regulatory, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret technical specifications to design valves that meet contractual and service requirements.
Perform material selection and engineering calculations to size valve components.
Generate Bills of Materials, general arrangement drawings, and detailed part definitions.
Review and check the work of other team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, assembly, inspection, and testing.
Support manufacturing and testing processes.
Prepare design reports and support sales with technical input for tenders.
Contribute to new product development and adopt emerging technologies.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
What We\βre Looking For
Degree or HND in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
Ideally 3β5 years\β experience in a similar role.
Working knowledge of valve design standards (API, ASME; ASME III desirable).
Understanding of PED requirements.
Proficiency in Solid Edge and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Chartered Engineer status is desirable.
