Overview
SOS Security is a values based modern security services company. We provide Security Guarding Services to one of Harrow’s modern residential sites.
We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, reliable team player to provide frontline Security guarding for our contract in London HA7.
Hours
Hours of work every week: Fri-Sun 18:00 to 06:00. Total 36 hours per week.
Pay
Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour
Duties
- carry out routine patrols around the venue
- ask trespassers to leave the venue
- eject non compliant visitors at the venue
- report incidents as and when they occur
- control entry to the venue
- aiding customers in distress and where applicable administering the necessary first aid
- monitoring customer behaviour
- monitoring health and safety issues
- enforce venue rules
Requirements
- a passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients needs
- in-date SIA licence
- account for previous 5 years
- right to work in the UK
- experience of working in busy customer service environment within the hospitality or customer services industry or ideally corporate security
- experience in customer facing environments
- flexible for covering additional shifts
- enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player
- ability to work on own initiative
- excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines
- data management and strong record keeping skills
