We are seeking a professional and reliable Night Security Guard to join our team at a residential development in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff during night shifts.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the residential development and surrounding areas
  • Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
  • Deal with anti-social behaviour in a calm and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate incident and shift reports
  • Control access to the premises and verify visitors where required
  • Liaise with emergency services when necessary
  • Ensure all health & safety and site procedures are followed
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Mandatory Requirements
  • Valid SIA SG/DS Licence
  • Valid CCTV Licence
  • Previous security experience preferred, ideally within residential or corporate environments
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
  • Right to work in the UK
