We are looking for a reliable and flexible rapid response cleaning operative to join our friendly team, providing cover across a range of client sites within the West Midlands area. This is a permanent, part-time position offering varied work, competitive pay, van, fuel card, and ongoing support from an experienced management team. The role involves providing planned and emergency cover for holidays, vacancies, and sickness absence, helping us maintain the high standards of service our clients expect.

Main Duties
- You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at a variety of client locations, including:
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Following site-specific cleaning schedules
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely
- Following health & safety and COSHH procedures
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Providing cover for planned and unplanned absences as required
