Evora Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Out of Hours Nurse to join the on-call team, delivering end-of-life nursing care in patients' homes across the Newry catchment. You will work nights, manage symptoms, and liaise with GPs and community teams to ensure seamless care.
The role requires 2 years post-qualification experience, NMC registration, and a full driving license. You will be part of a supportive team at Evora Hospice, driving high-quality palliative care in the community.
