Job Description
This supervisory role will focus on the operational element of the spas, supervising the whole team of hosts and therapists who provide a unique and caring approach to the guests whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail within the spa. To be able to motivate, support & lead by example, ensuring smooth day to day running of the spa. This is a varied role which needs a flexible person who is able to manage their own time and prioritise effectively, daring to be different in continuing to find new ways to surprise and delight our guests.
Qualifications

- £9.25 per hour
- 10% uncapped commission on retail sales
- Permanent contract, variety of working hours including weekends and evenings scheduled 4 weeks out to help plan your life activities – whether you plan to stay or travel!
