Role Purpose We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Territory Manager to join our Capital Division, covering Wales and the South West.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous sales experience who is looking to develop a successful career within the medical devices sector.
The successful candidate may already have experience within healthcare or medical sales or alternatively come from a strong commercial sales background in another industry and be looking to transition into medical devices.
The role is responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement a territory business plan to maximise growth opportunities.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Promote the Company’s Capital Equipment portfolio to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Generate quotations and support tender opportunities where required.
Manage the sales process from prospecting through to successful implementation.
Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, healthcare managers, and key stakeholders.
Develop a detailed understanding of customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
