Responsibilities:

  • Build a portfolio of customers
  • Become a truly specialist recruiter and be seen as a "go to" recruiter within your space.
  • Act as a mentor, leader and brand ambassador both internally and to our customers
  • Be up to date with the latest trends in your market
  • End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, offer management, through to post placement follow up

Who are we looking for?

  • A motivated individual with previous success in ERP or IT recruitment
  • Senior or Principal level consultant's
  • A background recruiting in the ERP, CRM & HR Transformation space (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday etc.)
  • Proven track record billing £150k+ in a 12-month period
  • 360 recruitment experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Friendly, collaborative and able to work well in a team as well as on your own
  • Determined to be successful in your market
  • Someone with a great work ethic
