Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Night Security Guard to join our team at a residential development in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff during night shifts. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential development and surrounding areas
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Deal with anti-social behaviour in a calm and effective manner
- Maintain accurate incident and shift reports
- Control access to the premises and verify visitors where required
- Liaise with emergency services when necessary
- Ensure all health & safety and site procedures are followed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid SIA SG/DS Licence
- Valid CCTV Licence
- Previous security experience preferred, ideally within residential or corporate environments
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Right to work in the UK
