SLD Recruitment is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a major client based in Derby (DE24). We have a large volume of work available starting next week and are looking for reliable, professional drivers to join our team. Whether you're looking for regular shifts or additional weekend work, we have excellent opportunities available with competitive pay rates and consistent work.
What You'll Be Doing
- RDC trunking and distribution work
- Clean, straightforward Class 1 driving
- Well‑maintained fleet and professional operation
- Various start times available
- Ongoing work with the potential for regular weekly shifts
Pay Rates (Rolled‑Up Holiday Pay Included)
- Monday to Friday: £19.00 per hour
- Saturday: £22.00 per hour
- Sunday: £26.00 per hour
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Must have held your Class 1 licence for a minimum of 3 months
- Valid CPC Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
- Professional and reliable attitude
