Office Cleaner

Job Description Ref: OC/09/26

Role Overview:

The Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe and welcoming environment throughout the office building. The successful candidate will ensure that all designated areas are cleaned to a consistently high standard and that cleaning duties are completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.

Working Hours:

  • 15 hours per week
  • Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors and communal areas.
  • Vacuum, sweep and mop floors as required.
  • Dust and wipe down desks, surfaces, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
  • Clean and sanitise kitchens, staff facilities and other communal areas.
  • Clean and maintain toilets and washroom facilities to a high standard of hygiene.
  • Empty bins and replace bin liners as required.
  • Replenish toilet, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Clean internal glass, doors and other surfaces as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, hazards or spillages to the appropriate person.
  • Follow all company health and safety, COSHH and cleaning procedures.
  • Carry out any other reasonable cleaning or housekeeping duties as required.
