SOS Security is a values based modern security services company. We provide Door Supervision Services and Event Operations to one of Shoreditch's premier multi-level, multi-function Bars with a huge outdoor courtyard.
Hours of work every week:
- Thursday 19:00pm - 01:30am
- Friday 19:00pm - 02:30am
- Saturday 15:00pm - 02:30am
Total: 25.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: Β£13.00 per hour
Duties will include:
- Carry out routine patrols around the venue
- Ask trespassers to leave the venue
- Eject non-compliant visitors at the venue
- Report incidents as and when they occur
- Control entry to the venue
- Aiding customers in distress and where applicable administering the necessary first aid
- Monitoring customer behaviour
- Monitoring health and safety issues
- Enforce venue rules
Requirements:
- A passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients' needs
- In-date SIA license
- Account for previous 5 years
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience of working in busy customer service environment within the hospitality or customer services industry
- Ideally corporate security experience in customer facing environments
- Flexible for covering additional shifts
- Enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines
- Data management and strong record keeping skills
