Responsible for the servicing and response maintenance of NIHE and Private properties, within the Causeway, Coleraine and Derry area.
Reports to: Foreman
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm On Call Rota Flexibility is required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs
- Annual Gas/Oil Services in NIHE properties and Private properties
- Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers
- Safety checks and services on Oil appliances
- The role is not limited to this job description and the post holder will be required to carry out other duties at the request of Management.
- Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required
Personnel Specification:
Essential Criteria:
- Time served or Qualified Plumber
- Either be Gas Safe registered or be OFTEC qualified
- Experience in servicing domestic gas systems
- Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
- Full Driving License
- Available to carry out call outs (on a rotational basis)
Desirable Criteria:
- Either be Gas Safe registered or be OFTEC qualified – Valid CSR Card

- Ability to build and maintain relationships
