My client is currently seeking a Permanent 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Blackburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating job offers and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for job roles
