The Light Caretaker role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, secure, and well‑presented environment. This role includes light maintenance duties, routine inspections, and responsibility for end‑of‑day security procedures, including locking up the premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Maintenance
    • Carry out basic repair tasks.
    • Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify minor issues.

  • Cleaning & Housekeeping
