Activity Leaders are at the core of our activities programme. The role requires enthusiastic, personable and energetic individuals to help organise and prepare the social programme (individual to each centre), run activities, take students on trips and excursions and ensure that our students have a memorable, fun and safe time.
Responsibilities
- Organise and prepare the social programme (individual to each centre).
- Run activities, take students on trips and excursions, and ensure that students have a memorable, fun and safe time.
- Engage with students during activities and excursions to encourage English language practice.
Working hours and scheduling
The working week is 42 hours over 6 days. Shifts are split into morning, afternoon and evening and will include working weekends. There may be times when it could be necessary to work additional hours one week, in which case time off in lieu will be given when the needs of the centre allows.

We encourage students to speak English at all times whilst on activities and excursions and Activity Leaders are expected to engage with all students and ensure that English is being practiced.
