Your new role:
This is an ongoing, part-time role at our Bayswater Uniting kindergarten. It is for 37.5 hours per fortnight, with the roster being weekly Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:45am to 4:45pm, and fortnightly Wednesdays 8:00am to 11:30am (17 hours week 1, 20.5 hours week 2). Support children to thrive in an inclusive, values-led early learning environment. At Uniting, our Early Childhood Educators play a vital role in creating warm, engaging, and responsive spaces where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. Your skills and experience:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority).
- Current First Aid in an Education & Care Setting and CPR certificates.
- Prior experience working in a kindergarten and/or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
