Your new role:
Are you passionate about supporting people experiencing homelessness and making a meaningful difference in your community? We’re looking for a Crisis Housing Support Worker to provide case management support to individuals and families accessing our Crisis Housing Support Program. In this role, you will:
- Support people through case management, including assessments and goal planning.
- Help clients find safer, more stable accommodation.
- Make warm, supported referrals to services that really fit their needs.
- Work alongside community partners, agencies, and funding bodies to build better outcomes.
- Join service networks and contribute to innovative, high-quality programs.
- Get involved in community education to break down myths and improve understanding of homelessness.

Your skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in human services, welfare or social services or substantial years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated case management experience, preferably within the homelessness sector.
- Knowledge of the statutory requirements related to the Crisis Housing Program.
