We are seeking an experienced Cloud Lead with deep expertise as a Kubernetes SME, and hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP. This role will play a critical part in leading the next phase of our global cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead and SME for cloud networking, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
- Lead cloud architecture and transformation initiatives across a global business
- Design, validate, and govern cloud-native and hybrid architectures
- Provide hands-on technical leadership while vetting solutions and designs
- Lead and influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive best practices in security, scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation
- Support and mentor engineering teams, setting technical direction and standards
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to align cloud strategy with business goals
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Cloud Lead / Principal / Architect
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (design, operations, scaling)
- Deep understanding of ASN and cloud networking
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
- Experience delivering large-scale cloud transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to bridge technical depth and business strategy
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
