Uniting Ambition is partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business seeking a talented Product Manager to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping digital products that solve real-world customer challenges. We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent product execution skills and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
The Role
- Own the product life cycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisation, working closely with stakeholders across technology, design, commercial and operational teams.
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product initiatives whilst ensuring development teams remain focused on delivering maximum value.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer needs, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to shape intuitive and engaging customer experiences.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and reviews.
- Monitor product performance, customer behaviour and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development life cycle to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Proven experience in a Product Manager role within a technology-led business. Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies. Data-driven approach to decision making and product prioritisation. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing and commercial functions.
Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working arrangement with a Watford-based office.
