The role
This is a technical leadership role working across the full stack. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Driving best practices and engineering standards
- Managing technical debt and performance optimisation
- Contributing to the technical roadmaps
- Architecting solutions alongside the architecture team
- Mentoring engineers (without direct line management responsibilities)
- Remaining actively involved in coding and delivery
About you
You are a Full Stack Software Engineer that:
- Has experience with modern full stack technologies (Angular, JavaScript, Java, Node, Python or similar)
- Has multi cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP (AWS preference)
- Has experience coaching and mentoring technical teams
- Has hands on involvement with AI tools and frameworks (LLMS, RAG, Langchain, PyTorch or similar)
- Has managed stakeholders of different levels and seniority
- Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems knowledge
- Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices
