Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Part-Time Financial Accountant to join on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a varied, hands-on role responsible for supporting the financial operations of the business. We are a recruitment business that supplies both contract and permanent staff, so any understanding of the recruitment industry or contractor processes would be highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will oversee month-end accounting processes, cash flow management, invoicing, banking, compliance activities, and general finance administration. They will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and external advisors to ensure the finance function operates efficiently and effectively.
