They’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager / Team Lead to take ownership of a full stack domain, lead from the front, and help architect systems built to scale globally.

What You’ll Be Driving
- Technical Leadership at Scale
- Own the architecture for complex, business-critical platforms used at global scale. You’ll be involved in high-level system design, performance strategy, and long-term technical direction.
- Lead a high-performing squad of 6–8 front-end engineers, balancing hands-on technical input with coaching, mentoring, and building future leaders.
- End-to-End Delivery
- Guide products from concept and design through to production, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability in fast-moving environments.
- Drive key decisions around component architecture, state management, frontend infrastructure, CI/CD, performance optimisation, and platform evolution.
