We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a growing engineering team. You'll design and build scalable, secure backend services in Python, alongside modern React frontends — with real ownership across the stack, from API design to production performance.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain scalable microservices (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) and API endpoints in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
- Develop and maintain React frontends, including state management with Redux or React Query
- Optimise SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability
- Implement authentication/authorisation (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and monitor production performance
What you'll bring
- 8+ years' backend development experience building scalable, high-performance systems
- Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and Git
- Bonus: Kafka/SQS, Terraform/CloudFormation, serverless (Lambda), or MLOps experience
