About the Role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of cutting-edge B2B products in the voice, data, or UCaaS space. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to create solutions that solve real customer problems and add long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for a defined portfolio
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to bring new products to market
  • Drive product lifecycle management from concept to launch
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform decisions
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on data
  • Support go-to-market planning and post-launch enhancements.

About you:

  • Proven experience in Product Management within telecoms, SaaS, or B2B tech
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business goals
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in Waterfall and Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of business tools like Confluence / Jira / Trello
  • Experience with UCaaS, SIP, or connectivity solutions (advantageous)
